Idea Loom is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Idea Loom is a creative brainstorming tool designed to help you generate ideas through guided prompts. You may use it to:
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All ideas you generate using Idea Loom belong entirely to you. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to any content you create. Your ideas are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Idea Loom offers optional prompt packs as In-App Purchases ($0.99 each). Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. The core pack with 200+ prompts is free. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Your use of Idea Loom is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers.
Idea Loom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The prompts and exercises are provided for creative inspiration and personal development purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShadowPuppet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Idea Loom. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app or its in-app purchases.
All content, design, code, prompts, and trademarks in Idea Loom are the property of ShadowPuppet, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app. The ideas you generate are yours; the prompts and app are ours.
You may stop using Idea Loom at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
