Idea Loom stores all your data locally on your device using UserDefaults. Your idea lists, drafts, favorites, streaks, and settings never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.
Idea Loom does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Specifically, we do not collect:
Idea Loom offers optional prompt packs via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. For information about how Apple handles purchase data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Idea Loom does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs, pixels, or external scripts in the app.
Idea Loom does not require any account creation, login, or authentication.
When you export an idea list to Apple Notes or share it, the data is handled through Apple's standard sharing mechanisms. We do not intercept, store, or transmit exported data.
Idea Loom includes a Home Screen widget that displays your daily prompt and streak. Widget data is shared between the app and widget using an App Group container stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted externally.
Idea Loom does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app contains no social features, user-generated content sharing, or external communication mechanisms.
You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app. All data stored in UserDefaults and the App Group container is removed when the app is deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
